This “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of MINIMALITY THE LABEL, Inc. in connection with the
www.shopminimality.com, www.minimalitylabel.com, and www.minimalitythelabel.com website and any other
website that we own or control and which posts or links to this Privacy Policy, and our related products and services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy also explains the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information.

This Privacy Policy will apply regardless of the means of access. This Privacy Policy also governs the use of
Personal Information we obtain from you from any third party site or application where we post content or invite your feedback or participation, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. We cannot control the privacy policies or practices of websites or of companies that we do not own or control, and cannot control the actions of people we do not employ or manage.

SHOPIFY
A. General
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

B. Shopify Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service
providers.

If you receive marketing text messages from us, you may opt out of receiving further marketing text messages from us by replying STOP to our marketing message. You may also text STOP.
